Michael LeggsMichael Leggs – Bass/Vocals

Michael has been playing the low notes and singing the high ones with Jim for quite some time. He originally hails from Junction City outside of Manhattan, Kansas–home of Kansas State University . That’s where he and his identical twin brother, Mitchell, formed The Moving Van Goghs, and  built a local following with their unique brand of rock/punk psychedelia and later became an integral part of a thriving 1990s alternative music scene in the Midwest.

Here in Minneapolis, Michael has become a journeyman bass player and veteran of many bands in the Twin Cites including The Jason Sack Band (where he met Pete), Jake Wisti & the Centurions, and Little Man.

Pete BoulgerPete Boulger – Drums/Percussion

Pete has been playing drums around the Twin Cities for many years and in many different outfits including The Mammy Nuns, Dander, Jehovah’s Shitlist, The Grande Machine, Church of Cash, and the list goes on…

Pete met Jim while playing with Michael in the Jason Sack Band when Jim would fill in in guitar from time to time and the rest, as they say, is history. Throughout the following years, Pete has served as Jim’s drummer in varying capacities, including filling the formidable shoes of Andy Wolf, when God’s Favorite Band decided to re-form after the turn of the century.
